Attorney LoRusso earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She has been licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court in the State of Texas, and the United States District Court, for the Western District of Texas. She also is certified by the State as a mediator in Alternative Dispute Resolution matters. She has been practicing law since 1992. During her law school career, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for her work in Corporate Planning and Corporate Finance, and Law School Book Awards in the same areas of study.

She earned a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the Greehey Graduate School of Business St. Mary’s University. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance for the University of Texas for twenty years. She currently teaches Money and Banking. Over the years she has repeatedly taught other courses in the Finance discipline, namely, Corporate Finance, Investments, and Business Statistics.

Attorney LoRusso also serves as an Expert Witness in cases involving Business|Corporate Law, Finance, Corporate Structure; Investments, Principles and Strategy; Portfolio Theory and Compilation; Behavioral Finance|Psychology of Economics and its implications on business development and investor strategy. She has also served an expert in the interstate comparisons in the use of derivative in Employee Stock Options.

Over the course of her dual career, Attorney LoRusso has served on a number of Non-Profit Corporation Board of Directors, usually as the Treasurer. She has been responsible for multi-million dollar portfolio compilation, multi-million dollar budget, financial forecasting as well as Operating and Capital budgets.
